Description

Delightful creamy bars filled with tangy cream cheese and fresh blackberries, perfectly balanced between sweet and tart.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly, then press into a greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blackberries.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and firm to the touch.
  7. Let the bars cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
