- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly, then press into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blackberries.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and firm to the touch.
- Let the bars cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
