Description

A delicious stuffed chicken breast filled with sweet apples and creamy brie cheese, perfect for impressing guests or a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 200g Brie Cheese
  • 2 Apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp)
  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme or Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Optional: Walnuts or pecans


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing them from the side.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brie cheese, and chopped thyme or rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the chicken with the apple and brie mixture. Use toothpicks to secure if necessary.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165°F or 75°C internally).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Don’t overstuff the chicken to ensure even cooking. Let chicken sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
