- 1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
- 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 4 Burger Buns
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet until hot.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 1-inch thick.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Optionally, toast the buns on the grill for a minute.
Notes
Do not overmix the ingredients; let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before shaping. Brush patties with olive oil to keep them moist while cooking.
