Description

Delicious and juicy chicken burgers stuffed with fresh spinach and creamy white cheddar, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 4 Burger Buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet until hot.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties about 1-inch thick.
  4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Optionally, toast the buns on the grill for a minute.

Notes

Do not overmix the ingredients; let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before shaping. Brush patties with olive oil to keep them moist while cooking.
