Description

Soft, fluffy pancakes infused with warm vanilla and cinnamon, drizzled with maple syrup for a comforting breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, greasing lightly if needed.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
