- 1 cup Buttermilk

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, greasing lightly if needed.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
