Description

A rich and moist fudge-like chocolate cake topped with creamy peanut butter, perfect for indulging your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in milk, vanilla extract, and softened butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix your peanut butter until creamy and smooth.
  6. Pour half the chocolate cake batter into the prepared dish, spread the peanut butter evenly on top, then pour the remaining batter over it.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let it cool and serve warm or let it cool completely.
