Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in milk, vanilla extract, and softened butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix your peanut butter until creamy and smooth.
- Pour half the chocolate cake batter into the prepared dish, spread the peanut butter evenly on top, then pour the remaining batter over it.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let it cool and serve warm or let it cool completely.
