Description

A creamy and dreamy dessert salad packed with sweet fruit, fluffy marshmallows, and crunchy pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (or other whipped topping)
  • 1 cup crushed pistachios
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • Maraschino cherries (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the crushed pineapple with its juice, mini marshmallows, fruit cocktail, and shredded coconut.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until everything is combined.
  3. Toss in the crushed pistachios.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
  5. Add maraschino cherries on top before serving.
