Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, for squeezing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a layer of peanut sauce over the dough.
  4. Scatter the shredded chicken evenly over the sauce.
  5. Top with sliced red bell pepper and mozzarella cheese.
