Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Cooked Chicken (shredded)
- Peanut Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Red Bell Pepper (sliced thin)

- Cilantro
- Lime
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a comfortable medium thickness.
- Spread a generous layer of peanut sauce over the dough.
- Scatter the shredded chicken evenly on top of the sauce.
- Add sliced red bell pepper and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over everything.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro, and squeeze lime over the top.
- Let it cool for a minute, slice, and enjoy!
