Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • Cooked Chicken (shredded)
  • Peanut Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Red Bell Pepper (sliced thin)
  • Green Onions (chopped)
  • Cilantro
  • Lime


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a comfortable medium thickness.
  3. Spread a generous layer of peanut sauce over the dough.
  4. Scatter the shredded chicken evenly on top of the sauce.
  5. Add sliced red bell pepper and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over everything.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  7. Once out of the oven, garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro, and squeeze lime over the top.
  8. Let it cool for a minute, slice, and enjoy!
