- 24 Ladyfingers
- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brewed Your Favorite Tea (cooled)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Cocoa Powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of your chosen tea and let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar until well combined.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled tea without soaking them.
- In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over them, then repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
For best flavor, use a good quality tea. Adjust sweetness according to your taste and ensure to not over-soak the ladyfingers.
