Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Italian dessert, combining tea-soaked ladyfingers with creamy mascarpone for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 24 Ladyfingers
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brewed Your Favorite Tea (cooled)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Cocoa Powder (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of your chosen tea and let it cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled tea without soaking them.
  4. In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over them, then repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

For best flavor, use a good quality tea. Adjust sweetness according to your taste and ensure to not over-soak the ladyfingers.
