- 4 cups banana bread, cubed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread banana bread cubes on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold toasted banana bread into the custard mixture and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 45–50 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
