Description

A fun twist on pizza night, combining the flavors of tacos and pizza in a crispy, cheesy delight perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Fresh Toppings (lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, black olives, avocado)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, adding water if needed.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the cooked meat evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melty.
  6. Top with fresh toppings and drizzle with sour cream before serving.
  7. Cut into slices or squares and enjoy!

Notes

Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes before cutting to avoid a gooey mess. Experiment with toppings for added flavor and texture.
