- 1 lb Ground Beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Fresh Toppings (lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, black olives, avocado)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, adding water if needed.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the cooked meat evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melty.
- Top with fresh toppings and drizzle with sour cream before serving.
- Cut into slices or squares and enjoy!
Notes
Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes before cutting to avoid a gooey mess. Experiment with toppings for added flavor and texture.
