Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs (or flax eggs for vegan)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (dark or milk)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let it cool slightly.
- Mix melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually combine with wet ingredients.
- Grease a baking pan and pour the batter evenly into it.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and swirl slightly with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, testing doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack and cut into squares.
Notes
Chill batter for extra fudginess and serve with fresh strawberries or ice cream.
