Delicious no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, crunchy Oreos, and fresh strawberries, served in individual cups.

- 24 Oreos, crushed
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs or place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until moistened to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then gently fold in the Cool Whip and vanilla extract.
- Add a layer of the Oreo mixture to the bottom of cups, then spoon in a layer of cheesecake filling, and top with strawberry slices. Repeat layers until cups are full.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Top with extra strawberries right before serving and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use room-temperature cream cheese and gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain a light texture. Try chilling overnight for enhanced flavor.
