Description

Delicious no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, crunchy Oreos, and fresh strawberries, served in individual cups.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreos, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs or place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until moistened to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then gently fold in the Cool Whip and vanilla extract.
  4. Add a layer of the Oreo mixture to the bottom of cups, then spoon in a layer of cheesecake filling, and top with strawberry slices. Repeat layers until cups are full.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. Top with extra strawberries right before serving and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use room-temperature cream cheese and gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain a light texture. Try chilling overnight for enhanced flavor.
