Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a springform pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Base: Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy, then mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the Eggs: Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently until just combined.
  4. Prepare the Strawberry Swirl: Mash fresh strawberries and blend with confectioners’ sugar.
  5. Combine: Pour cheesecake batter into the cooled crust and dollop strawberry mixture on top. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
  6. Bake: Bake for 45-55 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Turn off oven, crack door, and cool inside for 1 hour.
