- 1 pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
Instructions
- Prepare Your Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a springform pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Make the Cheesecake Base: Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy, then mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Incorporate the Eggs: Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently until just combined.
- Prepare the Strawberry Swirl: Mash fresh strawberries and blend with confectioners’ sugar.
- Combine: Pour cheesecake batter into the cooled crust and dollop strawberry mixture on top. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Bake: Bake for 45-55 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Turn off oven, crack door, and cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
