- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the coated cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through until golden and crispy.
- In the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top.
- Serve with rice, salads, or wraps, and garnish with sliced green onions.
