- 2 black tea bags (English breakfast or earl grey)
- 1 tablespoon hibiscus syrup or steeped hibiscus tea
- 1–2 teaspoons blackberry or passionfruit syrup
- Optional: ½ tsp lavender syrup
- Splash of lemonade or coconut milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Steep 2 black tea bags in 1½ cups of hot water for 5 minutes.
- Let the tea cool completely, then chill it in the fridge.
- In a separate glass, stir together 1 tablespoon hibiscus syrup or cooled hibiscus tea, and 1–2 teaspoons fruit syrup (blackberry or passionfruit).
- Optional: Add a splash of lemonade for a citrusy pop.
- Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the syrup mix first.
- Slowly pour in the chilled black tea to layer it over the mix.
- Add a splash of coconut milk or lavender syrup, if desired.
- Stir lightly if you want the layers blended, or leave it as is for a dreamy ombré effect.
Notes
