- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
- 1 cup white chocolate melts
- Candy eyes
- Halloween-themed sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, and oil (or melted butter) until smooth.
- Grease a square baking dish or line it with parchment paper, then pour in the brownie batter and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Use a fork or piping bag to drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled brownies in a ‘mummy wrap’ pattern.
- Place candy eyes on the melted chocolate while still warm and let them set for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Don’t overbake the brownies; keep an eye on them. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
