Description

A creamy and spicy dip perfect for gatherings, made with ground beef, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and topped with cheese and green onions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack)
  • 1-2 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and drain excess fat.
  2. Lower heat and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined with the beef.
  3. Mix in the ranch dressing and hot sauce, adjusting to taste.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the chopped green onions and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm with chips or veggies.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese. Make ahead of time and reheat in the oven for better flavor.
