- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack)
- 1-2 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and drain excess fat.
- Lower heat and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined with the beef.
- Mix in the ranch dressing and hot sauce, adjusting to taste.
- Fold in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the chopped green onions and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese. Make ahead of time and reheat in the oven for better flavor.
