- 1 round loaf of bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the top off your bread loaf and hollow out the insides to create your bowl.
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl, then spread generously inside and on top of the bread loaf.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with your favorite sauce (marinara or Alfredo recommended).
- Fill the garlic bread bowls with the spaghetti mixture and top with cheese.
- Return the filled bowls to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional parsley if desired, and serve hot.

For best texture, serve immediately. Experiment with different pasta shapes or sauces for variety.
