Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Mix in the egg and pumpkin puree until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before moving to a wire rack.
