Description

Indulge in the delightful fusion of classic rice crispy treats and Snickers bars with these irresistible Snickers Rice Crispy Treats.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups Rice Cereal
  • 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 4 Snickers Bars, chopped
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips


Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mini marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Add the rice cereal to the marshmallow mixture, gently folding until evenly coated.
  5. Fold in the chopped Snickers, being careful not to break them up too much.
  6. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish, pressing down gently to create an even layer.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the treats.
  8. Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting them into squares.

Notes

Use enough butter for a creamy texture and let the treats cool completely for better consistency.
