- 1 box Brownie Mix (plus ingredients as per the package instructions)
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil (or melted butter)
- 1 cup Cookie Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 10-12 Oreos
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, oil, and eggs according to the package instructions until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Place a single layer of Oreos on top of the brownie batter.
- Prepare the cookie dough by rolling it into small balls or flattening it slightly if using homemade.
- Gently place the cookie dough over the Oreos, spreading it out without disturbing the cookies too much.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough layer, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, keeping an eye on them for a slightly gooey center.
- Once done, remove from the oven, let cool, then cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overbake for a fudgy center. Chill homemade cookie dough for better shape and try different flavors for a unique twist.
