Description

These simple & delicious breakfast bombs are savory, hearty pockets filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and breakfast meats, perfect for jazzing up your morning routine.


Ingredients

  • Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • Eggs
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • Breakfast meats (bacon, sausage, or ham)
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the eggs over medium heat, scrambling until just set.
  3. Add cheese and cooked breakfast meats to the eggs and stir until melted.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the egg mixture on the wide end of each triangle and fold over, pinching to seal.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
