Ingredients
- Pillsbury crescent roll dough
- Eggs
- Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
- Breakfast meats (bacon, sausage, or ham)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook the eggs over medium heat, scrambling until just set.
- Add cheese and cooked breakfast meats to the eggs and stir until melted.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the egg mixture on the wide end of each triangle and fold over, pinching to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
