- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese over each chicken breast.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
