Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chopped pretzels


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter until completely combined.
  5. Add in your egg, mixing until fully blended.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  7. Gently mix in the chopped pretzels.
  8. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they start to get golden.
  10. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
