- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the pretzel crust evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let cool to room temperature, then drizzle with salted caramel and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice into squares and serve, topped with extra caramel and a sprinkle of sea salt.
