Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic and chopping the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, garlic, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange everything on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.

Notes
