Description

A delicious blend of creamy cheese, peanut butter, and chocolate rolled into an irresistible cheese ball, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and mix well to incorporate all those yummy flavors.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm it up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop the mixture and shape it into a ball using your hands.
  5. Roll the ball in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts until fully coated.
  6. Pop it back in the fridge until ready to serve. Pair it with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.
