Description

A creamy and rich frosting made with fresh raspberries that adds a delightful fruity twist to cakes and cupcakes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream or Milk (adjust as needed)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Raspberries: Rinse and pat dry fresh raspberries or thaw and mash frozen raspberries.
  2. Cream the Butter: Beat the softened butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Powdered Sugar: Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until well blended.
  4. Incorporate Raspberries: Add the mashed raspberries and mix until fully incorporated.

  6. Add Cream or Milk: Mix in heavy cream or milk to achieve the desired consistency.
