Ingredients

- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (or cheddar/pepper jack)
- 4 Tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken, cover, and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Place a scoop of cheesy chicken on each tortilla, add optional toppings, and wrap tightly.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
