Description

Delightful bites combining the rich flavors of Oreo cookies and pumpkin for a perfect fall treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup chocolate melts or chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo Cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos, pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, and pumpkin pie spice until creamy.
  3. Form small balls (about 1 inch) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet. Add sprinkles if desired.
  7. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or in the fridge. Enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Add a teaspoon of vanilla for extra flavor.
