- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Spices (Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread a generous layer of cottage cheese on a baking sheet.
- Spoon pizza sauce over the cottage cheese.
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add your choice of toppings.
- Lightly sprinkle spices over the toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Use room-temperature cottage cheese for easier spreading. For a crunchier base, pre-bake the cottage cheese layer briefly before adding toppings.
