Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or white)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Gather your toppings and cheese.
- Assemble: Spread pizza sauce on one side of a slice of bread and layer cheese and toppings. Add more cheese on top before covering with the second slice of bread.
- Butter Up: Spread butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
- Cook: Heat a skillet over medium heat and place your sandwich in the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and melty.
- Slice and Serve: Remove from the pan, let cool slightly, and slice in half.
