Description

A delightful combination of cheesy grilled cheese and pizza flavors for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or white)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms)
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather your toppings and cheese.
  2. Assemble: Spread pizza sauce on one side of a slice of bread and layer cheese and toppings. Add more cheese on top before covering with the second slice of bread.
  3. Butter Up: Spread butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
  4. Cook: Heat a skillet over medium heat and place your sandwich in the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and melty.
  5. Slice and Serve: Remove from the pan, let cool slightly, and slice in half.
