Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and your choice of toppings.
- Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon a generous amount of filling onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or cooking spray.
- Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
