Description

Decadent brownies combining rich chocolate flavor with crunchy pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
  4. Whisk in eggs one at a time until creamy.
  5. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix into wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
  7. Pour batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
  9. Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil. You can freeze them for later enjoyment.
