- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time until creamy.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil. You can freeze them for later enjoyment.
