Description
A soothing, pastel-pink bedtime drink made with tart cherry juice, almond milk, and calming ashwagandha to ease you into sleep.

- 6 oz almond milk (or oat/coconut milk)
- 4 oz tart cherry juice (100% unsweetened, preferably Montmorency)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
- Pinch of dried rose petals (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine almond milk and tart cherry juice.
- Warm gently over low heat until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey (or maple syrup) and ashwagandha powder.
- Whisk until fully combined or blend briefly for extra froth.
- Pour into a mug and garnish with dried rose petals if desired.
- Enjoy warm, about 30 minutes before bedtime.
Notes
Customize with a splash of vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon, or fresh ginger. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
