Description

A soothing, pastel-pink bedtime drink made with tart cherry juice, almond milk, and calming ashwagandha to ease you into sleep.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz almond milk (or oat/coconut milk)
  • 4 oz tart cherry juice (100% unsweetened, preferably Montmorency)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • Pinch of dried rose petals (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine almond milk and tart cherry juice.
  2. Warm gently over low heat until hot but not boiling.
