Description

Delicious chicken wings infused with sweet and tangy pineapple flavor combined with savory teriyaki sauce, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prep the wings by cleaning and drying them thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger until well combined.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or fresh veggies.

Notes

For best results, marinate wings for at least 2 hours. Make sure wings are crispy by drying them thoroughly before baking.
