- 1 package Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple (with juice)
- 1 container Cool Whip (or whipped cream)
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Bake the angel food cake according to the package instructions and let it cool.
- Tear the cooled cake into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed pineapple (with juice) and cool whip.
- Gently fold in the torn pieces of angel food cake until well coated.
- Add mini marshmallows and pecans (if using) and mix until combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop out, serve cool, and enjoy!
Notes
For a tropical twist, top with extra whipped cream and toasted coconut. Feel free to experiment with different fruits!
