Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Flank Steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips for quick cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine the beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper; let it marinate.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté bell peppers and onions until colorful and tender.
  4. Push veggies to the side, increase heat, and add marinated beef; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water, then add to the skillet; stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Sprinkle in chili flakes, adjusting to desired spiciness.
  7. Serve pepper steak over steamed rice or noodles.
