A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the gooey goodness of classic pecan pie with layers of creamy filling and crunchy pecans over a graham cracker crust.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup pecan pieces, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then pressing into a 9×13-inch pan.
- Make the cream filling by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread half of the cream filling over the crust, add a layer of pecans, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining crust, cream filling, more pecans, and caramel.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares and serve with extra caramel or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Chill for longer for better flavor blending. Substitute pecans with walnuts or omit nuts for allergies.
