Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the gooey goodness of classic pecan pie with layers of creamy filling and crunchy pecans over a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 cup pecan pieces, chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then pressing into a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Make the cream filling by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Spread half of the cream filling over the crust, add a layer of pecans, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining crust, cream filling, more pecans, and caramel.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Cut into squares and serve with extra caramel or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Chill for longer for better flavor blending. Substitute pecans with walnuts or omit nuts for allergies.
