- 24 Oreo Cookies
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the mini muffin tin to form a crust.
- Beat together softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the Oreo crusts.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
- Serve with drizzled chocolate or crushed Oreos on top if desired.
