Description

Delicious no-bake cheesecake bites filled with creamy peanut butter and nestled in an Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo Cookies
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the mini muffin tin to form a crust.
  3. Beat together softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the Oreo crusts.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Serve with drizzled chocolate or crushed Oreos on top if desired.

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling. Adjust chilling time for best texture.
