Description

Delicious and easy peanut butter no bake cookies made with oats, chocolate, and creamy peanut butter. Perfect for sweet cravings without the oven!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and salt. Heat over medium until it starts to boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the oats and mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper. Allow them to cool and set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results.
  5. Once set, enjoy the yumminess!

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for a healthier alternative. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
