- 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, mix the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and salt. Heat over medium until it starts to boil, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the oats and mix until everything is well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper. Allow them to cool and set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results.
- Once set, enjoy the yumminess!
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for a healthier alternative. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
