Description

A delightful and easy dessert combining chocolate cake with peanut butter and chopped peanut butter cups, baked into a gooey treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, milk, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the peanut butter until evenly incorporated.
  5. Add the chopped peanut butter cups, saving some for topping, and fold them in.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup for extra indulgence.
