Description

Delicious Oreo cheesecake cookie cups with a creamy cheesecake filling nestled in a crunchy cookie crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 Oreos, crushed (for the crust and filling)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper liners.
  3. In a bowl, beat together softened butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add in the flour and crushed Oreos until a dough forms.
  5. Press a spoonful of dough into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and set. Let them cool slightly.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and fold in crushed Oreos.
  8. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the cooled cookie cups. Top with more crushed Oreos if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.

Notes

Chill them overnight for best flavor. Experiment with Oreo flavors for a twist.
