Description

Delicious bite-sized treats that combine the refreshing taste of citrus with creamy vanilla, reminiscent of a classic creamsicle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 12 oz White Chocolate, for dipping
  • Sprinkles or Crushed Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill the Mixture: Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Shape the Truffles: Scoop out small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip the Truffles: Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and tap off excess. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Decorate: Sprinkle toppings before the chocolate sets.
  7. Chill Again: Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 1 hour.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling. Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
