Instructions
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Chill the Mixture: Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the Truffles: Scoop out small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls.
- Melt the Chocolate: Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip the Truffles: Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and tap off excess. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Decorate: Sprinkle toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Chill Again: Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 1 hour.
