Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the orange juice, orange zest, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners until about 2/3 full.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
