Description

Delightful handheld wraps filled with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and a hint of garlic, perfect for a cozy dinner or quick lunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the chicken for 6-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken, cover the skillet, and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan until soft and pliable.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat, add the cheesy chicken mixture and fresh spinach, then wrap it up tightly.
  6. For crispy wraps, return them to the skillet seam side down for 1-2 minutes until golden. Cut in half and serve.
