- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the chicken for 6-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and stir for about a minute until fragrant.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken, cover the skillet, and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan until soft and pliable.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add the cheesy chicken mixture and fresh spinach, then wrap it up tightly.
- For crispy wraps, return them to the skillet seam side down for 1-2 minutes until golden. Cut in half and serve.
