- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Nutella
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- If making your own crust, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Bake for about 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the Nutella until fully combined.
- Add in one egg at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Spread the Nutella cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes until the edges are set, but the center still jiggles slightly.
- Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Slice and serve, optionally drizzling extra Nutella on top or adding whipped cream.
Notes
Serve with fresh berries or sliced bananas. Leftover cheesecake can be crumbled over vanilla ice cream for a delightful sundae.
