Ingredients

- 2 cups whole oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the nut butter with honey or maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined; the mixture should be a bit sticky.
- Scoop the dough using a tablespoon and roll into balls. Place on the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
