- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 box of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a square baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping, then spread over the graham cracker crust.
- Whisk the chocolate pudding mix and milk together until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer, smoothing it out evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the pudding layer.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the caramel layer. Top with chopped nuts, additional caramel, and chocolate for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
