Description

A decadent no-bake dessert layered with creamy pudding, sweet caramel, and crunchy nuts, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 box of instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)


Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a square baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping, then spread over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Whisk the chocolate pudding mix and milk together until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the pudding layer.
  5. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the caramel layer. Top with chopped nuts, additional caramel, and chocolate for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
